Return Policy

Due to the personalization and made-to-order products, we do not accept standard returns, refunds, or exchanges on most products. Please make sure to double-check your size, design selection, and shipping address before completing your order. However, see below for possible solutions in case there is an issue with your order. 

Sizing & Fit Support

Sizing details are listed on every product page, and we recommend reviewing the size chart and measuring carefully before purchasing. For oversized fits, we recommend sizing up at least 1-2 sizes on most products. 

If your item arrives and the fit isn’t what you expected, please reach out to us at

While we can’t guarantee returns or exchanges, I'm always happy to talk through the issue and try to work out a solution on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be comfy and love your order!

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you received the wrong product/size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email meowmeowvenusshop@gmail.com and we will respond ASAP and get you taken care of.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If this occurs, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. 

Custom Products/Commissions 

If you have an idea for a product or want a customized design, I am happy to help! I love making designs for events, tournaments, teams, and just for fun. Simply email me at meowmeowvenusshop@gmail.com with any requests. 

Please note, pricing may vary based on the scope or request. Additionally, Meow Meow Venus may deny a commission request at any time for any reason (I likely won't though lol).
